Participation in a Seminar on OIE Brucellosis Standards and Recommendations, March 27, 2026, Astana, Kazakhstan

On March 27, 2026, a joint online seminar for authorized veterinary authorities of the EAEU member states was held at the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The seminar was devoted to the topic: “OIE (WOAH) Standards and Recommendations on Brucellosis: Trends in Spread, Control Measures, Diagnostics, and Prevention.”

Representatives of the EAEU and WOAH, as well as the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in the meeting.

On behalf of the NRCV, T. Karibayev, Head of the Laboratory for the Diagnosis of Infectious Diseases, participated with a presentation entitled “Animal Brucellosis Control System in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
